Okay yall. So it has been awhile. Oops. Anyways I am going to split this into two parts so that I can adequately talk about both (pre grad school and grad school).
SOOOOO....
I suppose I will start with the wedding that I went to in Minnesota. So there was weird scheduling that had happened with a client at Caravel so I had to drive 6 hours ALONE. It wasn't that bad tbh I actually really enjoyed it because I got to drive through the dells and Mauston which I always love. I got to re-meet Alex's extended family which was a lot. They are all super talkative and I learned that the entire family has no idea how to end a conversation and leave. So every wedding event took an extra 30 minutes because they WOULD NOT STOP TALKING. The wedding was actually pretty nice. Alex's cousin is apparently very religious so the service was not the best. OH. They talked about agape love which gave me a little chuckle because of LUV (fuck that). I drank a lot of wine that night and got drunk with Alex's family which was strange but fun. I was sooo tired at the end because I was so used to getting up early every day. Dancing with a bunch of old people was also very awkward but I made sure to request "I feel good" by pitbull and also Mr Brightside. Simply a necessity. Also the wedding had ended and we were there for an extra 30 MINUTES chit-chatting for no reason. Literally the wedding party had already left lol. Anyways I got to drive back with Alex but it was still very boring because I didn't get to drive through the dells. Also I forgot but I played bags against Alex (on a team with Andrew too) and I won so suck it Alex.

Ig the weekend after that my Mom retired from the military. It's funny because I wore the same dress as I wore to the wedding and I had spilled wine all over it so it was a little crusty. Otherwise the event was fine and then I went home to eat with my family and they complained about Joseph as they usually do (because he blew up his car). Though mom told me yesterday that he moved out of his trailer and into his house at UWO. Nice.
Then we went to Angie Grandma's house in Waunakee the next weekend to help her with her garden. Afterwards we went to the Henry Vilas Zoo, which is my favorite zoo of all (even though no zoo is great #freetheanimals). The lion was so talkative and was so close to the glass!
